We have a clearly defined strategic objective through to 2010:
We intend to expand our market leadership through:
No other company in Germany has so many machines in the field as TA Triumph-Adler AG. In 2005 we grew twice as fast as the market, and managed to take market share from our customers in terms of new business as well.
Our customers value the efficiency benefits that they gain through our unique consulting concept, nationwide presence and the patented ceramic technology of our strategic partner Kyocera Mita. This approach is proving successful for us, and it is one we intend to pursue. We will leverage additional potentials through exports and in the printer business, for example.
We will play an active role in the consolidation of the industry that is underway, and acquire suitable companies with attractive inventories of machines. This applies to Germany and also to the markets in our neighboring countries. If we are not able to locate suitable acquisition targets abroad, we will establish our own subsidiary companies, provided the underlying conditions are suitable.
Just as we are committed to achieving efficiency for our customers, we will also continually be improving the efficiency of our own company.
We want to set benchmarks
and become the most profitable company
in our market!
We have established a program running under the name of TA3 which has a solid business underpinning and is integrated from the operations point of view. The program initially defines the targets for the three-year period through to 2008, specifying clear and checkable measures for achieving these targets.
Apart from concentrating our energies on high-volume, high-margin markets and customer segments, we are reducing costs in sales, service and administration through optimization. While this is underway we are also continuing to optimize the structure of our Group by merging adjacent companies into larger, more powerful and effective units, thereby reducing the number of independent companies.
