TA Triumph-Adler are THE specialists in the document business. We provide analysis and tailor-made consulting for individual business customers, and put an efficient document workflow in place, both in paper and in electronic form, all backed up by an ongoing service throughout.

Direct sales, reseller support and service
Our operating business is built around boosting the efficiency of our commercial end-customers. Our 400 document consultants support more than 33,000 mainly Mittelstand customers, operating out of 50 locations.
Our subsidiary UTAX is exclusively geared towards the reseller trade. UTAX currently supplies more than 300 domestic and foreign resellers.
Our own-brand products are today mainly produced by our strategic partner Kyocera Mita, a worldwide leading manufacturer of innovative technology for office communication.
The independently-organized service unit is particularly important – both for new business and follow-on business. 450 of our own system supporters and logistics specialists look after more than 150,000 systems. This nationwide, rapid, reliable, round-the-clock service means we are closer to the customer than our competitors.
The satisfaction of our customers is illustrated, for example, by the fact that more than 70 % of them opt in favor of TA Triumph-Adler again after their average 45-month maintenance contracts expire.
