The new TA Triumph-Adler multifunctional systems DC 2230, DC 2240 and DC 2250 offer, besides copying, also the printing and scanning functions as standard.
The three systems are characterized by high quality, reliability and efficiency.
Copy and print speeds of 30 (DC 2230), 40 (DC 2240) or 50 (DC 2250) pages DIN A4/min. make the systems suitable for larger jobs. The resolution of the output documents is 600 x 600 dpi.
User friendliness
Due to the large, tilting colour display the use of the systems is very comfortable. Programs at regular intervals can be stored in 50 memory spaces in total.
Efficiency in network
Each of the DC 2230, DC 2240 and DC 2250 offers a 40 GB hard disk as well as a copy and print memory of 512 MB. This memory can optionally be extended up to 1,024 MB. A 600 MHz processor is responsible for the speed within the network.
The systems work simultaneously on different jobs. Incoming data is stored whilst outputting another job.
Different paper formats within one copy job can be scanned in an assorted way, then be stored in the memory and afterwards be printed in only one step. The DC 2230, DC 2240 and DC 2250 recognise the paper formats and choose the corresponding paper cassettes self-acting.
For short-term jobs the systems print directly from an USB stick.
Double-sided colour scan
The duplex colour scan system scans b/w and colour originals either one- or double-sided. The scan speed is up to 50 pages DIN A4 in b/w or up to 25 colour pages. The user can feed the data directly into the network and choose different formats for this purpose.
Additional facilities
There are different options for the finishing of the output documents available. Those are able to punch, staple, fold and sort the documents or to create brochures, according to the requirements.
The optional fax system rounds off the spectrum of DC 2230, DC 2240 and DC 2250. By inserting a fax card into the system, the fax functionality is integrated into the network. This enables also the despatch of faxes via the internet.
To ensure the security, an optional data security kit can be installed.
The DC 2230 and DC 2240 are already available, the DC 2250 is expected to be available in second half of August 2006.
