TA Triumph-Adler AG acquires office specialist dealer company
First acquisition following refinancing paves the way for more intensive acquisition activity
Nuremberg, November 14, 2007: TA Triumph-Adler has acquired 100% of the equity of the company Weimbs Büro- und Kommunikationstechnik GmbH. The company, which is based in Euskirchen, will generate around € 2 million of revenue this year, manages over 700 machines as part of long-term agreements, and is operating profitably. The company will be merged with TA Triumph-Adler Corporate Consulting GmbH, Bonn, as of January 2, 2008. Frank Eismann, the managing director of the Bonn-based subsidiary of TA Triumph-Adler AG, has already been appointed to be the managing director of the acquired company as part of the transaction.
TA Triumph-Adler AG has restructured its financing this year, among other things in order to acquire additional funding for a greater level of acquisition activity. TA Triumph-Adler points out that it has extensive positive experience in integrating small specialist dealers into the relevant TA Triumph-Adler regional companies.
