TA Triumph-Adler acquires Bocholt based office technology activities
Looking at enhanced acquisition activities
Nuremberg, January 8, 2008: By the end of 2007, TA Triumph-Adler acquired the operating office technology business of CKV Neukoetter GmbH, Bocholt, Northrhine-Westfalia. The company, which was established in 1979, manages 500 machines as part of long-term agreements, and reported sales of over € 1 million in 2006. The activities acquired by means of an asset deal will now be quickly and completely integrated into TA Triumph-Adler Corporate Consulting GmbH, Bonn. Offices at the Bocholt location will be refurbished to serve as a TA Triumph-Adler sales establishment also rendering support for the TA activities in the Netherlands.
With this move the TA Triumph-Adler Group continues with its enhanced acquisition activities. TA Triumph-Adler points out that it has extensive positive experience in integrating small specialist dealers into the relevant TA Triumph-Adler regional companies. The specialist for efficiency in the document business restructured its financing last year, among other things in order to acquire additional funding for a markedly greater level of acquisition activity. In addition to organic growth, acquisitions will contribute € 75 million additional sales volume within the next three years. By 2010 at the latest, TA Triumph-Adler aims to generate Group revenue of over € 500 million with an EBIT return on sales of 9%.
